This building is between three streets: Kind Milan’s, Resavska and Masarikova. The construction lasted from 1969 to 1974. Branko Pesic is signed as the architect. This object was built in the hub of the old town, between Terazije and Slavija,
with a stressed aim to dominate, with its 24 floors, as the city’s visual clue. Lower floors were occupied by “Belgrade” department store, and upper floors house business offices and several Belgrade media.
